C.O.D.Y. Project M.O.B. (Meet on Bikes)
C.O.D.Y. Project will be hosting a memorial event to celebrate the life of 4-H member T.C. Rockwell. Have your bikes, helmets, and lights ready to go. We will ride from Rotary Park to the Fairgrounds via the river trail. Once at the fairgrounds, riders and all other community members will celebrate with food, prizes, music, fun games and mental awareness resources.

Join a community of suicide loss survivors to find comfort and gain understanding as we share stories of healing and hope. International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day is the one day a year when people who are affected by suicide loss gather around the world at events in their local communities for support and resources. The event features a screening of “A Daughter’s Journey,” an AFSP—produced documentary that follows Sarah, a young adult, through her story of milestones, family, coping and positive growth after the loss of her father. This year’s film shares hope, connection and resilience in the aftermath of a suicide loss.

Research demonstrates that youth with more developmental assets, such as positive family communication, caring school climate and sense of purpose, have a direct effect on making healthy choices. Join this parent group with your teen to learn how to build and sustain these relationships for healthy youth development While you can bring your young person, it is not required for participation.
