SoCoCAA is a multipurpose organization designed to respond to community needs. For suicide prevention, SoCoCAA provides QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer) training for gatekeepers, or lay persons trained to intervene when a person is at risk of suicide.
Our staff are available to teach Question Persuade Refer suicide intervention classes to groups. We request a $10 per person donation, but staff will provide classes if cost is a barrier. Classes can be presented to a minimum of seven people. To arrange for a class, please call (970) 563-4517 and ask to be connected with the QPR trainer, who will call you back.
